Once the mp3 is downloaded and you begin playing it, there is a timer that you can see and track in seconds. You can move your cursor anywhere on the track to fast forward it, etc. The performance ends at 3:58. There is then 10 seconds in between, before the accompaniment starts at 4:08. To be sure you have a few seconds lead time for your performance, just drag your cursor to 4:03 [there will then be 5 seconds of silence before the accompaniment track starts.] You can set the cursor to 4:03 before the performance or if you want more time use the full 10 seconds and set it at 3:58.
